This is a lesson package exclusively directed towards managers, in which 6 2-hour sessions in lecture format are conducted. The maximum number of participants is set at 5 members. The principles expressed are almost identical to those in the Shikigaku Master Training package.
While the president reformulates the company’s organizational diagram and rules, at the same time managers change their own management methods to achieve results with greater speed and greater scope.
As well, while understanding the point of view of the president of a company who has adopted Shikigaku methods, this training helps to resolve meaningless anxiety on the part of managers.
